Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our small but busy team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and possess a broad skill set in IT support and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing remote and onsite IT support to dental practices.
Managing local and cloud backups.
Implementing and maintaining security measures, including firewalls and MFA.
Supporting internet services and IP phone systems.
Administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Scripting and automation using PowerShell.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Evening and weekend work is sometimes needed, this will include staying away overnight.
