Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy IT infrastructure
including servers, networks, and peripherals (e.g., UPS, printers, scanners, mobile devices, laptops, thin clients).
Monitor and manage IT systems
using appropriate tools and liaising with suppliers/consultants to maximise performance and uptime.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT
, resolving issues or escalating to third parties where necessary.
Identify and implement service improvements
to enhance IT performance and user experience.
Lead assigned projects
, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Maintain strong cyber security practices

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
Azure administrator experience
A high level of quality End user interaction
Desirable

Exposure and experience of working in ITIL practices.
