Part-time hands-on support role with international exposure
Are you an IT graduate with at least 2 years' experience looking for your next challenge?
Join our dynamic team as an IT Support technician, where you'll play a key role in providing technical support to our global business.
In this onsite role, you'll work closely with our IT Team based in Vietnam and Australia, developing your skills across helpdesk support, device setup, troubleshooting, asset management, and general IT coordination.
This is a part-time role with the required hours Monday-Wednesday 9am-5:30pm.
What you'll be doing
Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support queries.
Provide Level 1 support on common IT issues - think software errors, login/access problems, printing faults, and basic networking.
Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and mobile devices for new starters.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and systems access.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Assist with maintaining our IT asset register and coordinating equipment movements.
Support IT projects and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
Build great working relationships with colleagues by providing helpful, timely, and professional service.
What we're looking for
IT qualifications gained via either TAFE or University.
Customer service experience or prior exposure to an IT helpdesk.
A basic understanding of IT hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Strong communication skills - able to explain tech in plain language.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Basic understanding of network protocols and hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with remote support tools.
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping others and learning new systems.
Organised, reliable, and keen to build a career in IT.
