Job Title: IT Support
Location: Lod, Israel

Role Overview
We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for users in Lod, helping them navigate global processes and services. You'll guide users to the right resources, escalate issues when needed, and ensure smooth adoption of central IT services.
This is a hands-on role for someone with IT team experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across global virtual teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for laptops, iPads, printing, and meeting room issues.
Guide users to global IT processes and knowledge tools (UNA, IHD, vBSC).
Act as escalation point when issues aren't resolved within global SLAs.
Identify inefficiencies or local variations and help harmonise processes.
Monitor user satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.
Requirements
Experience in IT team lead or management roles.
Strong problem solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Comfortable working with global teams and international stakeholders.
Knowledge of IT service management, change management, and user experience.
