Our client is seeking a reliable and technically confident IT Support Officer to join an Outstanding-rated secondary school in Buckingham. The Role
Providing first-line IT support to teaching and support staff
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
Supporting classroom technology, interactive whiteboards, and AV equipment
Assisting with user account management, devices, and permissions
Logging and resolving IT issues in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the smooth running of IT systems across the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in an IT Support Officer, IT Technician, or IT Support role
Good working knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
Experience supporting hardware, software, and end users
Clear communication skills and a calm, helpful approach
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
