We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support & Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring seamless operation across various systems. Duties



Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, including desktop support and software installation Manage computer hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Configure and maintain IT infrastructure components such as VPNs, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP networks, LANs, and WANs Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Microsoft Windows Server environments, and SCCM for deployment and management Support network administration tasks using tools like Meraki and WG TCP/IP protocols Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ITIL , Remedy for incident tracking and resolution Assist with the setup and management of remote access solutions including VPNs and remote desktop tools Monitor system performance and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge base

Qualifications



Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a focus on desktop support and network administration Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows (Windows Server), macOS, and Linux environments Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configurations, VPNs, firewalls (e.g., Meraki), and TCP protocols Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and enterprise management tools like SCCM and Active Directory Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including hardware troubleshooting and network security protocols Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira for incident management Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex technical issues quickly and accurately Strong communication skills to effectively assist end-users at various technical skill levels Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively

Pay: 24,420.00-29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
