IT Support Specialist - City of London \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa355,000 plus generous bonus

We are working with a Global Telecommunications organisation looking to recruit an IT Support Professional to offer deskside support to users in their London office.

Utilising your existing IT Support skills you will provide support in areas such as hardware, troubleshoot issues with Microsoft applications (i.e.Teams, 365, Dynamics) and resolve any AV issues as required for meetings etc

Predominantly front facing, with some remote support offered to users offsite, it is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and are used to a fast paced large scale corporate environment.

On offer, in addition to the base salary, is a package that includes benefits and a bonus. Ongoing training and development are offered through a mix of online and instructor lead learning.

The role is predominantly office based, although there is the option to work remotely one day a week.

Essential skills and experience required:

• Minimum 4 years\' experience in IT user support or helpdesk environment - you must have experience of working in a large scale corporate environment (ie Professional Services, Blue Chip)
• Certifications in any of the following: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA (A+), and/or Microsoft MCSA. Certification in CCNA.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Proven experience of resolving common computer hardware and software issues
• Basic to intermediary knowledge of computer systems, networks, server/storage, and software/system applications.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of ITSM application.
• Utilization of end-user device monitoring tools and applications.
