We are a successful and long-standing business providing and overseeing the delivery of outstanding architectural glazing, for our client's homes.

We are looking for a Full Time IT Development and Support Technician to join our team at our Ealing showroom and offices. This role will involve providing day-to-day IT support, maintaining internal systems, and assisting with the development and improvement of our databases and applications.

Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day IT support to office staff Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's in-house CRM system Writing clean, maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles Developing scripts and tools to automate internal business processes Managing and supporting internal databases and applications Creating and maintaining automated document and reporting workflows Supporting Windows Server and network infrastructure Troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues Maintain and support computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in:

Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a strong understanding of computer networking principles. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications Windows operating systems Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and best practices Scripting and development using languages that support OOP (e.g. JavaScript, VBA, or similar) Adobe Suite, including: o Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF forms and automation using JavaScript) o Adobe InDesign (document automation and scripting) o Adobe Illustrator Windows Server Basic networking Experience working with or supporting in-house CRM systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
