Summary
We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our dynamic team in the UK supporting our two offices in Birmingham and London. This is a development role suited to someone with 18-24 months' experience in IT support who's curious, motivated, and eager to expand their technical scope. You'll work directly with our Head of IT to support around 90 staff, ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely while helping shape how technology evolves within the practice. You'll get involved in everything from user support and patching to managing infrastructure, documentation, and testing new tools. Most importantly, you'll bring your own curiosity--whether that's exploring automation, text-based AI tools to enhance admin and contracting workflows, or creative AI technologies for image, video, and 3D visualisation that complement the way architects design and present their work.
