It Support Technician
Job Description
We have partnered with a manufacturing company looking for an experienced IT Support Technician for a 1-month onsite contract in Bromborough. You'll provide hands-on L1/L2 support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and basic infrastructure systems in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for users and systems (Windows 10, Office Suite).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (desktop, laptop, printer).
Build and image laptops.
Support mobile devices (iOS & Android).
Maintain strong customer service and follow IT processes.
Requirements:
Prior IT support experience (L1/L2).
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office Suite, and desktop hardware.
Laptop imaging experience.
Mobile and printer support skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
