We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our Pembrokeshire based team and provide technical assistance to our growing customer base. The role involves resolving IT issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth operations within the IT infrastructure.
Duties
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Set up and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor network performance and security, including firewall configurations
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Collaborate with teams to implement IT projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Experience in software troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating system
- Ability to work with help desk systems and ticketing tools
