Genesis Bakery based in Magherafelt has been manufacturing artisanal, high quality baked goods since 1968. The annual turnover is in excess of 20m with a workforce of over 200. Our products are sold in more than 500 stores across Northern Ireland and we also produce a range of bread and cakes for many of the UK's largest and most prestigious retailers.
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to assist with the effective delivery of IT support across all departments. This role involves a combination of hands-on technical support, system administration, and IT asset management. The successful candidate will ensure timely resolution of IT issues, maintain infrastructure, and support both hardware and software systems.
Key Duties will include:
- General IT support
- System and Network Administraion
- Asset and Documentation Management
- Data and Software Support
- 1+ year's proven experience in IT support or technician role
- Level 3 Award in IT/Business or similar OR equivalent relevent experience
- 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above
