We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Assistant

Director of Strategy

to lead our organisation's planning and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies that align with our business objectives, enhancing market positioning, and driving sustainable growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in marketing, management, and analysis, capable of overseeing multiple projects and teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve organisational goals and expand market share. Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and B2B initiatives. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions. Oversee content creation and optimisation efforts, including copywriting, Adobe Photoshop design projects, and WordPress website management. Manage advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, ensuring optimal ROI and brand visibility. Coordinate with sales teams to align B2B marketing strategies with organisational objectives. Utilise project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives while maintaining organisational efficiency. Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for executive leadership on strategy progress and insights. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the strategy team. Maintain effective communication channels across departments to ensure alignment on organisational priorities.

Skills



Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities. Expertise in SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic insights. Excellent copywriting skills tailored for digital marketing channels. Experience in social media management across various platforms. Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics. Effective communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations. Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on time management and prioritisation.
