Role Overview



We are looking for a motivated IT Support Technician ready to take the next step in their IT career. This hands-on role covers daily support across office and factory environments, while also offering exposure to server environments, cloud technologies, and IT security. The successful candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities



Provide Windows desktop support for end users. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Perform basic troubleshooting of IT issues. Support and maintain Office 365 applications and email systems. Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, connectivity). Gain exposure to server environments (Windows Server, Active Directory). Support cloud services and contribute to migration/implementation projects. Apply basic desktop and network security practices (patching, antivirus, access control). Deliver excellent customer service across office and factory staff. Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning and rollout. Document processes, solutions, and maintain accurate records of support activities.

Skills & Requirements



2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments. Familiarity with hardware installation and maintenance. Understanding of basic networking concepts and desktop security fundamentals. Experience with Office 365 administration and email support. Exposure to server environments and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar). Excellent communication and customer service attitude. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks unsupervised. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
