Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, web, and email support.
• Solving a wide range of technical issues for users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Managing a demanding workload while adhering to SLAs.
• Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for vendor support and warranty claims.
• Researching and proactively communicating updates to clients.
• Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
• Managing changes with minimal risk to the client\'s operations.
• Possessing experience within Office 365 and the MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.

Qualifications:

• A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow your career.
• A qualification, or college level course/ a degree in computer science, IT or related field is preferred, but not essential
