We are currently recruiting an IT Systems Access Analyst who will reporting into the IT Systems Access Lead. The jobholder will administer IAM and PAM to the Society's systems to support the effective running of the Society's computer systems, thus maintaining systems user security
What the role will look like:
Provide and maintain users in Active Directory/Azure AD
Maintain and create Exchange mailboxes and distributions lists in Exchange Admin Centre, Microsoft Entra and Active Directory
Provide system access control administration tasks
Support PAM & IAM account re-certification
Managing the end-to-end PAM & IAM Process including user on and off boarding, Transfers, providing temporary/ persistent privileged access.
Support PAM/IAM Service including incident management, Processes and documentation updates.
PAM Safe creation, maintenance, amendments and reviews
Provide and maintain Applications access levels, permissions and privileges.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of procedures and system documentation.
Provide effective and positive customer focused support at all times.
Ensure Requests are completed within agreed Service Levels Agreements (SLA's) which may require prioritising requests as appropriate to business needs.
Assist in user and system access reviews including Job Role Matrix and RBAC profiles conducting meetings where required.
Providing any other systems access tasks as required.
What you will bring to the role:
IT Literacy skills would be beneficial
Must be able to follow instructions well and have the ability to learn new technical concepts.
Skills and knowledge using Active Directory tools
Must frequently amend system rules and understand the impact of such changes.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally with all levels of management and staff; good phone skills.
Should be capable of managing daily workload, balancing the need to support the live business environment against demands placed on them by development, test, and project teams.
Must maintain effective communication with managers from user departments.
