Office based at our Leeds HQ LS14 1FB

Hours

: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday (8.30am to 4.30pm)

Overview



Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Systems Administrator will be an integral member of the IT team working to continuously improve and develop the IT Business strategy. Working in a diverse role, this position would suit a technically minded individual looking to further broaden their understanding and skillset within business applications, networking and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities



Service Delivery



Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email, and ticketing system providing 1st and 2nd line support Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all IT service management principles Work with IT team to deliver on key IT related projects and objectives for the business Management of IT incidents or service requests throughout their lifecycle Continuously improving and keeping up with the IT business needs of the organisation Creating and distributing support documentation to assist staff with requests for information

IT Development



Monitor and resolve 3rd party integration issues Perform software installations, updates, and configuration changes Daily administration and maintenance of Business-critical applications (e.g. ERP, CRM and WMS) Administration and continued development of Office 365 suite Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of end user devices and network equipment

Key Skills



Experience working in an SME environment or a similar role Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills - ability to translate complicated technological terminology into language easily understood by others Experience administering ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics, or other relevant platforms). Experience working with other business applications, e.g. CRM, WMS, and ecommerce systems Exposure to 3rd party integration applications, e.g. Celigo, Patchworks or Boomi (not essential) Experience working with cloud hosted server environments, e.g. AWS, Azure and GCP (not essential) Good understanding of Office 365 suite, e.g. email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Strong network troubleshooting skills, e.g. switches, routers, firewalls and cabling infrastructure Exposure to IT related Business projects with significant change and impact Good understanding working with VoIP technologies (not essential) In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Ability to quickly learn new processes and triage/fix issues in a timely manner Strong time management and verbal and written communication skills Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and adapt to change High attention to detail and data accuracy Proactive, positive and commercially minded A cool head under pressure - solutions, not problems Results driven and target-oriented mindset A customer-centric approach to ensure operational activities meet customer needs and expectations
