Job Purpose

We are currently recruiting for an IT Systems Analyst to join our UK IT function. You will have experience in a similar role and will be joining a highly motivated and dynamic team based in Bellshill.

The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth running of the internal IT infrastructure by providing second level IT support to IMV Group users through department resources.

Role & Responsibilities

Support in the maintenance of our internal IT systems, including:
- Maintaining VMWare ESXi infrastructure

- Ubuntu Linux

- Cloud Services (AZURE & M365)

Administration and maintenance of the follow equipment:
- Firewall ( including VPN)

- Switch Management

Maintenance of the internal communications infrastructure, including Gamma SIP trunks. Provide IT support to internal customers around the globe. Maintenance & Support in the development of the existing internal security policies. Support and development of the RMM (Remote Monitoring Management System)
- Remote Control

- Software Development

- Software Updates

- Asset Management

Administration of companywide backups through Cloud services Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date.

Education/ experience

Degree qualified in a related discipline or significant relevant experience is essential Previous Office 365 and Azure experience Networking Infrastructure Cyber Security experience is desired Microsoft Certification is desired
