Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst (Logistics) to support, analyse, and improve the digital systems that underpin our logistics, fleet, warehouse, and customer operations. This role will focus on optimising business processes, improving system performance, and ensuring that our technology platforms support scalable growth.
This is a professional-level role requiring strong analytical, technical, and business process expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse existing logistics and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical system solutions
Design, document, and improve workflows across transport, warehouse, and customer platforms
Support the configuration, optimisation, and integration of logistics software and internal systems
Monitor system performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy
Develop dashboards and management reports to support operational decision-making
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation projects
Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with company standards
Produce technical documentation, process maps, and user guides
Provide second-line technical support when required
Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business IT, or related discipline
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst
Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and business process modelling
Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, or supply chain systems is highly desirable
