We're looking for an

IT Systems & Data Management Specialist

to join our extremely reputable, family-run SME and take ownership of our core business systems -- particularly our OrderWise ERP & WMS platform -- and help drive data accuracy, automation, and business insight. This is a hands-on technical role with a mix of system management, data analysis, and project delivery.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain OrderWise (ERP & WMS) to ensure smooth daily operation and accurate data. Oversee Capella Cloud and Alpha 1 systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity. Design and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards for business reporting. Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data integration. Manage and improve API integrations across systems, supporting automation and future scalability. Lead and contribute to IT improvement projects such as invoicing automation, API development, and data cleanse activities. Provide basic IT support for hardware, phones, and user access.

What You Need to Bring

Proven experience managing OrderWise or similar ERP/WMS platforms. Strong SQL skills -- essential for data querying and integration. Experience with Power BI, data reporting, and dashboard creation. Knowledge of API management and system integration. Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
