IT Systems Engineer

to ensure our technology infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and future-ready.

The Role

As our IT Systems Engineer, you will take ownership of the design, implementation, and support of IT systems across our multi-site, multi-industry environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable networking systems across multiple sites.

Manage, support, and optimise Point of Sale (POS) systems within hospitality operations.

Administer Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft applications to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.

Oversee IT hardware procurement, installation, and lifecycle management.

Implement and maintain IT security solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and data protection standards.

Research, evaluate, and recommend new software solutions that drive continuous improvement across the businesses.

Provide technical support and guidance to staff across both creative media and hospitality teams.

Document systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or in a similar technical role.

Strong background in networking design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems setup and support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.

Experience with IT hardware specification, procurement, and installation.

Solid understanding of IT security principles, firewalls, and endpoint protection.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.

Ability to research, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve business processes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users across different levels and industries.

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
