Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer Client Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in systems design and implementation, with a focus on optimising IT infrastructure to support our customer's business operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can understand customer needs and adapt systems accordingly, ensuring seamless integration and performance across various platforms to deliver "Technology Success".

Duties

Design, implement, and maintain IT systems to meet customer needs. Analyse client systems, make recommendations to ensure compliance with company standards and best practice. Assist Helpdesk Team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimise downtime. Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Strong communication, both oral and written, with the ability to inspire confidence to clients. An ability to understand a client's business as a whole, in order to be able to advise on appropriate technology that enhances their business. Aware of current IT trends appropriate to SME clients, and proactively interested in seeking new and better solutions. Excellent system design capabilities with a focus on scalability and reliability. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting complex issues. Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: 36,000.00-48,000.00 per year
