To assist in the smooth running of the practice systems and implementation of new IT Systems ensuring staff are appropriately trained in their use.Duties can include, but are not limited to, administration of databases, user accounts, housekeeping, upgrades, and general enquiries. In addition, the post-holder will be required to provide support to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.*This is a full time position. Part time hours would be considered, please state this on your application.*Main duties of the jobPlease refer to the attached for more information on the role and required duties for this post.About usSAVILLE MEDICAL GROUP is a large and friendly Practice in the centre of Newcastle with a branch surgery at Newbiggin Hall.We care for approximately 42,500 patients with a high proportion of students in the City Centre and a more typical population in the branch surgery. The workforce consists of 7 GP Partners, 24 Salaried GPs and an extensive Nursing team. In addition, we have a medicines management team including 3 Clinical Pharmacists and over 40 skilled staff members.We also offer an expanding wellbeing team of 12 staff members with experience in mental health, dementia, children's charities, homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse and any patient who struggles to engage with services and needs more support than GPs alone can provide.Our Primary Care Network is led by one of our GP Partners and Practice Manager enabling us to collaborate with numerous key partners including the CCG, Newcastle Hospital Trust, LMC and our Federation.
