We are recruiting for an IT Systems Manager for our IT Systems and Support team who would be based at our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill. Do you have what it takes to be part of the world's greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?
Main Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the IT Systems teams to underpin the business operational effectiveness across all sites and organisational units.
Capacity management and expectation setting across projects, technical requests and BAU within the team and wider business.
Ensure the IT Systems and Services across the IT estate is commissioned, maintained and developed to a level that will support current and future organisational needs.
Liaise with all areas of the business and assess the technical requirements and requests to assure valid operational needs are met.
Ensure that IT security is implemented, maintained and tested, in line with IT Security team roadmap.
To manage IT Projects, ensure progress logged, issues or delays are highlighted, and stakeholders are kept informed.
Ensure logged jobs are reviewed and maintained, to provide highest level service, follow up on calls and see through to resolution.
Manage Problems and perform root cause analysis on issues seen within the Infrastructure.
To manage IT SOX Controls, ensuring governance requirements are met and evidence is provided in a timely manner.
To ensure teams are always following the documented IT Processes and adhering to relevant compliance guidelines.
Working with the Enterprise Architect to drive innovation in IT- reviewing current technology offerings and identifying improvements within department responsibilities.

Significant experience of successfully leading and managing a diverse team with a contrastive leadership style
Positive approach to people management
Strategic & forward-thinking; ability to predict future organisational needs
Ability to cope under pressure, particularly in live race scenarios
Good verbal & written communication
Current UK Driving License
