We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy IT & Systems technician to join our team. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, CEO, and wider team to support everything from hardware and software to systems, websites, automation, and more. If you're practical, creative, and keen to build real experience in all areas of IT and systems, this could be the start of something big.

Role Summary:



We're looking for a practical, creative, and proactive IT & Systems Technician to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of our internal systems and digital infrastructure. You'll have a wide-ranging role -- from IT support and cloud systems to process automation, CRM/ERP management, and website maintenance.

You'll be central to our team's productivity and innovation, working directly with senior leadership and other departments to keep everything running efficiently while identifying smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide day-to-day IT support across the business (hardware, software, networking, VoIP, printers, etc.) Manage and maintain internal systems such as CRM, ERP, and cloud services (Microsoft 365) Build and update websites and landing pages (mainly in Webflow) Design and maintain digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite Support general IT-related tasks across departments as needed Automate and streamline processes using tools like Excel, VBA, and low-code platforms Set up and manage user accounts, devices, and permissions Work with external IT systems providers and troubleshoot any technical issues Generate detailed reports and data analysis for all areas of the business when required

Must-Have Skills & Experience:



Solid IT support experience (hardware, VoIP, networks, software) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, email/user admin) Advanced Excel skills, including comfortable use of pivot tables, macros and VBA Experience building and maintaining websites (ideally using Webflow) Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail

Nice to Have:



Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or WMS systems such as Zoho or Hubspot Experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier, Make, or Bubble.io Working knowledge of REST APIs and connecting different platforms Some understanding of SEO or basic web analytics Some experience with digital marketing, such as email campaigns, social media, or Google Ads
