About the Role

Job Opportunity
Here's what your day to day will look like:
You'll be the first point of contact for IT and systems-related queries, providing support for our ERP system (SAP Business ByDesign), including user support, troubleshooting, data checks, reporting, and permissions.
You will support the SNAP WMS platform including user support and access, integration, resolving issues, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with configuration.
We'll rely on you to maintain and support Markem labelling systems, ensuring uptime and accurate label outputs, and support and administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related cloud tools.
IT Support
You will deliver excellent user support for systems and related devices such as scanners, label printers etc.
You'll be assisting with user setup, user onboarding/offboarding, and asset management, as well as liaising with external IT partners and vendors where needed.
Process & Continuous Improvement
You'll have the opportunity to regularly identify opportunities to streamline system use and improve data flows, support system enhancements, configuration changes, and testing.
As part of this, you'll assist with documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Projects
To support your development, you'll be involved in IT and systems improvement projects, system upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements, and new site/line implementations!

Essential Skills
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in an IT/Systems Support role, ideally within manufacturing, distribution/logistics, or similar FMCG environments.
A working knowledge of ERP or business systems (ideally SAP Business ByDesign).
Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, labelling systems, or shop-floor technologies (desirable).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud tools (365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, with a proactive and helpful attitude.
Clear communication style at all levels, from operations to senior leadership.
Curiosity into how systems work, and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
