We have supplied LED lighting for many prestigious campaigns including - Love Island set, Erasure world tour, Killer, DC10 in Ibiza, Next PLC, Mulberry, Wembley, and BMW

Role Overview

As our Systems Co-Ordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our core platforms running smoothly, resolving issues quickly and ensuring our teams stay productive.

This role is office based at Trafford Park, Manchester.

As part of our team, you'll be working from 8:30am to 5:00pm and reporting directly to the IT Manager

Salary: Up to 30K-35K

Key Responsibilities

Assist with system configuration, updates and routine maintenance Document processes, changes and user-guides Collaborate with the team on API integrations and data workflows Document processes, changes and user-guides Help to integrate AI into the core systems around the business Provide ad-hoc IT support to end users (hardware/software/troubleshooting) Log, escalate and monitor support tickets through to resolution Liaise with 3rd-party IT providers

Required Skills & Experience

Execute API calls Basic knowledge of JSON (reading & modifying small snippets) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of M365 / other SaaS platforms Basic network knowledge Ability to work independently and follow through on outstanding issues
