Summary of Key Responsibilities

Teaching: Deliver structured lessons focused on progress and achievement. Assessment: Regularly assess and adapt teaching to support student learning. Student Development: Set high expectations to inspire student potential. Curriculum Delivery: Demonstrate subject expertise and prepare students for external assessments.
