Job Description
A high-achieving 11-18 school in Birmingham is recruiting an enthusiastic IT Technician to support its established ICT team from January 2026. The school is known for excellent behaviour, high standards and strong investment in technology.
The Role
You'll support day-to-day IT operations including device setup, account management, software updates, troubleshooting and classroom tech support. You'll work through a clear ticketing system, receive modelling from senior technicians and follow structured procedures for diagnosing and resolving IT issues. You'll also help maintain servers, manage user permissions and support network reliability.
