IT Technician - Ongoing Temporary Role
Hourly Rate: 15.00 - 15.20 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-16:00 (30 minutes for lunch)
Start: ASAP
DBS: Enhanced DBS preferred
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a hands-on IT Technician to join a busy environment on an ongoing temporary basis. You'll be the friendly face of IT across the site, supporting users, keeping devices running smoothly, and rolling up your sleeves to help wherever needed.
Whay you'll have:
- 1-2 years' IT helpdesk experience (1st and 2nd line support)
- Confident, hands-on approach
- Provide face-to-face IT support to users across the site
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs
- Resolve 1st and 2nd line issues (accounts, printers, connectivity, hardware)
- Escalate issues where needed and keep users updated
- Support maintenance tasks and day-to-day operations
