We are seeking a motivated and adaptable IT Technician to join a successful and high-performing secondary academy in Salisbury. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the school's IT infrastructure and supporting staff and students in a technology-driven learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience providing first- and second-line IT support (school experience advantageous)
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) preferred
