A modern 11-18 academy in London is seeking an IT Technician to support their digital infrastructure and school-wide IT systems.

The Role
- Provide first-line IT support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, printers and classroom devices
- Maintain and install PCs, tablets, projectors and interactive screens
- Assist with network maintenance, password resets and user account management
- Support audio-visual systems, Wi-Fi troubleshooting and equipment checks
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk or technical troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networking, Windows systems and user management
- Strong communication and the ability to prioritise tasks
