We're looking for an

IT Technician

who's not here to coast but to contribute. You'll jump straight into real work, solving real problems, and working with a variety of technologies in a fast-moving environment. We value energy, initiative, and a passion for doing things the right way.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and testing of new hardware and software Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues Perform routine maintenance and upgrades Administer and support our CRM Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues Log all incident details in the Service Desk and keep them updated, escalating to the second line when necessary Ensure all designated ICT systems are operated and maintained to appropriate standards

Desired Skills & Qualities:

Experience using Microsoft 365 Software. Basic Understanding of Outlook, Power Automate and Document creation packages within Microsoft 365 Confident knowledge of Excel and Data handling. Eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude Self-starting problem solver who can work under direction, use discretion, and know when to escalate issues Strong IT skills and basic knowledge of hardware and software Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills Ability to work well both in a team and independently Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is desirable but not essential

Pay: From 24,500.00 per year
