We are currently recruiting a skilled and customer-focused IT Technician to join a modern, innovative academy in Bristol. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for supporting digital learning.

Role Responsibilities
- Providing first and second-line technical support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Maintaining user accounts, devices and security protocols
- Supporting AV and classroom technologies
- Assisting with upgrades, system maintenance and large-scale IT projects
- Delivering friendly, efficient support to staff and students
- IT support experience (school experience beneficial but not required)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and networks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) desirable
Paid to local support staff scale depending on experience.
