What you'll bring:

Strong hardware knowledge (e.g., motherboards, graphics cards, storage) Practical experience assembling and configuring PCs or servers Comfort with Windows operating systems and basic network setup Good documentation and communication skills Ability to fault-find, troubleshoot and ensure consistent quality A full UK driving licence

Nice to have:

Familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware and networking General mechanical/electrical understanding (e.g., wiring, tools) Experience in customer-facing support or installation roles Certifications like CompTIA, MCP or equivalent are a bonus

Benefits & growth:

Extensive hands-on training and mentoring Internal progression opportunities into enterprise hardware, customer support or project delivery Supportive team culture with a focus on quality and growth Career development across a unique hardware-software hybrid environment
