Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our growing QA team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business systems. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers, you'll help deliver high-performing software solutions that meet user needs and support our wider transformation projects.


This is a hands-on role covering both manual and some automated testing, where you'll design and execute test plans, identify and track defects, and contribute to continuous improvement of our QA processes. It's a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in software testing who's looking to develop their skills further in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Salary -

Up to 32,000per annum based on experience

Annual Leave -

Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

About You

You have around 2-3 years of experience working as a Software Tester or QA Engineer, with strong hands-on experience in manual testing across web and mobile applications You have broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, ideally gained in an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environment You are experienced in using test management tools and familiar with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI You have excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills You're a confident communicator, able to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical audiences Having exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or UI Path RAP) and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps would be an advantage, as would any relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB) or knowledge of performance, security, or cloud-based testing such as Azure
