A Dynamic business within the transportation industry is currently searching the market for a talented 2nd line engineer to provide services to over 800 users across multiple internal sites throughout London and the UK.

The position will be based on site 5 days a week at the head office in Northwest London reporting directly to the IT Service Desk Manager, Although travel to other sites around London will be required and covered by the business.

This company provides many progression avenues for the exceptional performers with paths into 3rd line support, Tech Managerial Roles. This company are always looking to promote from within before looking externally.

Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
***Good communication skills and desire to learn new technologies
***Great work attitude!
***Windows Server ( 2012 / 2016 / 2019 )
***Experience with Active Directory Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
***Experience using Android/IOS Mobile devices
***VMware and Hyper-V virtualization or Citrix
***Experience with Networking technologies (LAN, WAN and Wireless)

Desirable:
***least 2 years\' demonstrable experience in a similar environment

Other details:

***Be able to commit to the Weekly shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 6.00pm

***Available to work non business hours (including evenings and weekends) and be available for on call duties and site visits (Can be very flexible)
