What you'll do day to day

• Respond to user administration requests via our IT management system in a timely and accurate manner
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, email systems, and enterprise applications
• Assign appropriate access rights and permissions based on job role and department
• Process changes for role updates, department transfers, and location moves
• Disable or remove accounts promptly for leavers, ensuring secure data handling
• Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and compliance
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding
• Provide guidance on access policies and procedures to internal stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to explain processes clearly to non-technical staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
• Understanding of IT user management processes
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, or O365 is highly beneficial
• Adaptability to changing technologies and processes
• Confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data
