The IT Workstation Architect will be located in Geneva or London and will report to the Systems Team Leader based in Switzerland. He will:

• Be in charge of the design, permanent improvement, maintaining to the state-of the art our Workstation environment (about 2000 physical and virtual desktops), including hardware, firmware, GPO, packages, login script, etc.
• Hands-on and multi-tasking: including installation, upgrade, configuration, administration and maintenance on mostly Windows based systems
• Manage local projects from beginning to end
• Manage professional services, and provide documentation
• Maintain Windows applications and operating systems
• Follow, upgrade and understand trading applications
• Expect duty to expand beyond normal business hours
• Manage packagers and closely communicate with Help Desk/Packaging Ambassadors/Dev/Business

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position
• Windows Administration Windows 10/11, Windows Server will be a plus
• Scripting and Automation PowerShell, SCCM
• vSphere administration for Windows VMs
• Monitoring
• Security hardening
• SCCM/MECM/Intune
• Active Directory/GPO/AppLocker
• Windows OSD/PXE
• Windows technologies: VBS, WSL2, TPM, BitLocker, Secure Boot
• M365/Azure knowledge
• Knowledge on Excel add-ons
• Networking topology global understanding (DMZ, load balancing, firewall, Vlans, etc\xe2\x80\xa6), will be a plus
