Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Ensure high quality and consistency in food presentation and taste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff during absence of Head Chef
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
-Must have a Level 3 Food and Hygiene certificate.
