We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanour. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Deliver exceptional guest services by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Excellent guest services skills, ensuring all patrons feel valued and attended to. Strong time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in a restaurant setting. Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
