The post - ITIL Analyst



As an ITIL Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing ITIL processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services. Your role will involve monitoring the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance service quality. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that IT services align with business needs and objectives. Additionally, you will provide support to IT staff on ITIL best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation of ITIL processes and performance metrics.

The successful candidates should have the following:

A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL Foundation certification. Proven experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITIL/service management processes and best practices, particularly: + Incident management
+ Change management
+ Problem management
+ Asset Management
Prior experience in use of ITSM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
