Join us as a Supplier & Contract Management Analyst and help shape how we manage technology partnerships across Cadent.


As our

Supplier & Contract Management Analyst

, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of outsourced IT service contracts, ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed KPIs and service levels. You'll oversee commercial relationships, review contractual documentation, and drive efficient use of technology licensing and operational budgets.


This is a strategic and commercially focused role where your attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management expertise will help deliver value across our IT services.

What you will bring:

Degree-level education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Experience in IT Asset Management, Billing, and Financial Management. Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management and contract oversight. Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills. Commercial acumen and decision-making capability. Industry certification (e.g. ITIL v3) desirable.
