We are seeking a dedicated ITSM Lead to support and enhance our ITSM system (Halo). We aim to transform it from an IT-centric tool into a comprehensive, university-wide solution, creating a unified digital support portal for both staff and students.
You'll lead the way by:
Serving as the primary point of contact for the daily operations of our ITSM system.
Collaborating with various university schools and departments to drive the adoption of the ITSM system.
Managing the deployment of the ITSM solution across the university.

What you'll bring
With exceptional written communication skills and extensive experience in ITIL and ITSM solutions, you will effectively support our ITSM system while identifying and implementing enhancements. You will also analyse and address future service management requirements stemming from the system's adoption by other teams, strategically managing its development.
It's not just about systems; it's about people. As our ITSM Lead, your outstanding interpersonal skills will enable you to engage with various teams across the university, advocating for a unified service management solution and emphasising the advantages of process automation.
Additionally, you'll:
Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
Be motivated, and able to establish timelines and prioritise competing work.
hold a degree equivalent qualification in Data Science or Information Technology/Computing.*
