Role: Hands on IT Project Manager / Technical PM / Infrastructure PM - On-Prem to SharePoint Migration
Location: Manchester
Contract Length: 3 Months
Rate: Competitive per day (Outside IR35)
Working Pattern: 3 Days On-Site | 2 Days Remote
My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 3-month data migration project, transitioning from on-premise infrastructure to SharePoint. The role involves managing the migration of unarchived data and ensuring a smooth transition across systems.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive SharePoint experience including migrations
- Proven experience in data migration projects
- Experience in setting up SharePoint rules
- Comfortable with creating and deploying training documentation.
- Ability to identify and assess core data locations for migration
- Solid understanding of on-prem server environments
- Desirable experience with Hands-on experience with both on-prem and off-prem servers
