As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled IVA Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in the IVA industry and are driven to help clients find the best debt solutions, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and other debt solutions. Manage the full IVA process up to the Statement of Insolvency Practice (SIP) Meeting of Creditors (MOC) stage. Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable debt solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless case management. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in the IVA/DM industry is

essential

Skills:

Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to empathize with clients and build trust.

Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of UK insolvency laws and the IVA process.

30,000 per annum with uncapped commission and no clawback. Realistic earnings of 50,000+.
