As an IVA Advisor, your primary role will be to connect with clients through various methods such as phone and email. These clients have already reached out seeking help with their finances, so there is no cold calling involved. You will engage in empathetic and supportive conversations with our clients to understand their current financial situation. Your ability to listen and show genuine concern will provide them with a sense of relief and a fresh start on their journey of becoming debt free.
The customers are pre-qualified by our Lead Generation team and transferred across. The aim is to discuss the solutions available with each client and advise on the best solution. If an IVA is advised to the client, you must then gather the required documents and pass them to the administration team to continue with the process. We have an in-house IP that handles all the personal and corporate insolvency.

Requirements
Experience within the Insolvency sector (desirable).
B2B / B2C outbound sales experience in financial services is desirable
A genuine desire to succeed and to be part of a winning culture.
A positive attitude, can-do approach and client focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills, including effective fact finding
The ability to work towards KPIs and targets
Driven, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
