, we're proud to support clients through ethical, responsible debt solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced IVA Case Assessor/Verifier to join our friendly, professional team in Chadderton.

In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out full, detailed reviews of IVA cases -- ensuring every proposal is accurate, compliant, and the right fit for the client. You'll work closely with internal teams and the Insolvency Practitioner to make sure each case meets high regulatory and ethical standards.

What you'll do

Complete full reviews of referred IVA cases. Check property valuations, run Land Registry searches, and verify ownership documents. Review bank statements and payslips to confirm income, expenditure, and financial sustainability. Identify non-standard findings such as undisclosed creditors, gambling transactions, or missing evidence. Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements are fully met. Liaise with introducers and the Debt Specialist team to gather outstanding documentation. Undertake SIP3 calls with clients to verify and clarify case details in line with regulatory standards. Prepare accurate case handover documents for the Insolvency Practitioner. Stay up to date with creditor and voting house requirements to support compliant outcomes.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in IVA assessment, insolvency, or a similar financial services role. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Good working knowledge of insolvency processes and regulatory standards. A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information professionally. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively to deadlines. A compassionate, client-focused attitude with a commitment to doing things the right way.
