Role Summary

Our client is completing the

final phase of an IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation

using

Ivanti Neurons ITSM

. Core implementation is already in place, with remaining teams scheduled to migrate during 2026.

We are seeking a

senior, hands-on Ivanti Neurons ITSM Technical Consultant

to take ownership of the

final migration

, platform optimisation, automation, and operational stabilisation.

This is a

delivery-focused role

. Advisory-only profiles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of final Ivanti Neurons ITSM migration phases Configure, optimise, and fine-tune the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform Implement automation workflows and API integrations Ensure smooth onboarding of remaining teams Support transition to ITIL-aligned operational processes Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and final documentation Report progress, risks, and milestones to the client

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Ivanti Neurons ITSM (mandatory)

Proven experience delivering ITSM platform migrations Experience with automation, integrations, and complex troubleshooting Solid understanding of

ITIL-based service management

Ability to deliver projects end-to-end with minimal supervision Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

Experience in research, education, or public-sector environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: 70.00-85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
