An exciting opportunity exists within our Jaguar Land Rover dealership at Swansea, part of the Sinclair Group, for a Sales Manager to join the sales team, and provide support to the General Sales Manager in running the sales department.

Hours of work: 5 days out of 7 on a rota (working every other weekend plus one day off in the week)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager, to lead and manage a controlled sales process through our sales team at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Swansea. Reporting to the General Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver and epitomise the highest level of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Sales Manager in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring all are treated fairly and equitably.
• Maximising the sales volume and profitability of both new and used cars and finance and insurance products.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
• Actively setting out to achieve and exceed site and departmental objectives.
• Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained within the Sales department and wider dealership.
• Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence!

More About you:

• We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
• You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
• You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
• You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
